FREE SHIPPING – All products available to purchase directly from our online shop are eligible for free delivery. Offer valid only on standard shipping to mainland UK. Not valid on prior purchases or international shipments. The only exception to this is the personnel cleaning booth, which is not available to purchase directly from the shop. When you submit an RFQ, a price for shipment will be included with your quote.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. You can do this by contacting us via email at [email protected] or telephone on +44(0) 1297 529 242 and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid upon receipt of returned goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example if goods are faulty. All returns must be in a saleable condition.
